Maryanne has been working in the Finance industry since 2005 when she started working for one of the major banks as a Bank Teller.
During her career, Maryanne has worked as a Branch Manager and Portfolio Manager, Home lender and Trainer.
It was in Late 2016 when Maryanne realised she has two passions, helping her clients to achieve their life goals and educating her clients along the way so they can make the best financial decision.
This was when 360 Mortgage Solutions was born and in late 2017 the first version of The First Home Buyers Program.
When Maryanne is not helping her clients build their wealth she is fishing with her family on the water, watching her kids ride their bikes or just relaxing with a glass of red wine

Rebecca (Bec) is the calming voice behind the scenes at 360 Mortgage Solutions, supporting clients from the moment their application is submitted right through to settlement.
With 20 years’ experience working at one of Australia’s major banks, Bec brings a deep understanding of the lending process and a genuine appreciation for how overwhelming it can feel for clients. Her move to 360 Mortgage Solutions was driven by a desire to work more closely with people — giving them the time, care, and reassurance they deserve during such an important milestone.
Bec is incredibly customer-focused by nature and takes pride in making the process feel smooth, clear, and stress-free. Since joining the team, she’s also decided to begin her studies to complete her qualifications, with the long-term goal of assisting clients more broadly with their own finances.
Outside of work, you’ll find Bec anywhere near the water or spending quality time with her little people — her favourite way to recharge.
